Astronance by AR – Legal Declaration

I, the undersigned, hereby declare, in my capacity as the registered holder and legal
administrator of the domain astronancebyar.eu, and as the sole creator of the musical
project and brand known as Astronance by AR (codename: arproject21, full name: The
Astronance Project by astralromance), the following:

1. Trademark Status at Time of Domain Registration
As of May 10, 2025, the official date of registration for the domain astronancebyar.eu, the
names Astronance by AR and Astronance — the latter being used solely as the fictional
universe created within the project — were not registered or pending trademarks in
Hungary, the European Union, the United States, or in any other jurisdiction worldwide, to
the best of my knowledge and diligent research.

2. Nature of the Project
Astronance is a fictional universe I created. Astronance by AR is a musical entity and brand
rooted in that universe and represents my original artistic project. The entire concept is my
intellectual property.

3. Media and Intellectual Property
All media published under the domain astronancebyar.eu — including images, music, lyrics,
and video content — was created in part with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools:
ChatGPT (OpenAI), Suno (Pro Plan), Udio (Standard Plan).
This includes all lyrics written under the Astronance by AR project, which are considered
part of the original protected content.
I hereby affirm that I use these tools in accordance with their terms of service and have the
legal right to publish and distribute the resulting content.

4. Rights and Restrictions
I retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all original materials published
Astronance by AR – Legal Declaration
under the name Astronance by AR.
Unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, or modification of any content from this
project without my explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
